Like many of you, I have decided to make Florida my home when I moved from southern California to Florida in 1987. After graduating high school I worked and studied as a researcher within the Soil and Water Science Department at the University of Florida Institute of Food & Agricultutral Sciences (IFAS) while attending Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, FL.

In 2003, I moved to Gainesville, FL when I attended University of Florida and worked as a horticulturlist internship with the City of Gainesville. Upon graduation, relocated to southwest Florida where I gained almost 10-years experience working for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).  I worked both as an Esturine Ecologist within State-owned Aquatic Preserves conducting benthic and water quality research programs and as an Environmental Specialist for Division of State Lands within the Environmental Resource Program (ERP) for establishment and compliance of state submerged land leases.

I have five-years experience working for Lee County Department of Comminity Development, Environmental Sciences Division as an Environmental Planner reviewing landscape plans and performing compliance inspections. I also worked in Compliance and Enforment Division as Code Officer.

I hold the following degrees: A.A. Natural Sciences, Indian River State College (2003), B.A. Enviromental Studies, Univerisity of Florida (2006), and M.A. Environmental Sciences, Florida Gulf Coast Univeristy (2019). Additionally, I hold the following certifications: Certified Florida Master Naturalist (IFAS), Cerified Arborist (ISA), Florida Stormwater, Erosion and Sedimentation Inspector (FDEP) , GIS for Spacial Analysts (NOAA), State Certified Research Diver (FDEP) and certified SCUBA diver (PADI).

My professional relationships, knowledgle, and experience in working for local and state government in Southwest Florida made my personal goals of land ownership much easier.

Allow me to share my skills with you in helping to find the property to suit your needs.
