Are you licensed and insured?
Although the state of Florida does not require a license for this type of consulting, Land Decision holds several professional certifications and liability insurance.
How do I submit a request/purchase a property report?
Go to “Reports & Pricing” page and select the applicable property report based upon its size (or if you want a waterfront evaluation). To ensure the most accurate/useful information in the report, provide your contact information, the property address (or STRAP #), and details of how the property will be developed/used in the checkout section before adding it to your cart. Once your have added your report to the cart, you will be directed to a secured payment page. PayPal and credit cards are accepted.
Can I receive a discount if I purchase more than one property report?
For each additional property report ordered within 24 hours, there is a $25.00 discount up to four properties.
Does Land Decision perform survey, soil, wetland delineation, title or permitting work?
No. Land Decision provides cursory information related to wetlands, soils, lien filings/code cases, size of property and basic permitting information to assist the prospective buyer with their decision early in the process.
How will I receive my property report and how long does it take?
The property report can either be mailed or emailed to your address in less than a week.
